He is referring to an Abarth Zagato 750 Coupe (AKA Double Bubble Coupe).

This car was built on a Fiat 600 Chassis with an Abarth engine (high
performance modified Fiat 600).
I came very close to buying one and trading in a Bugeye for it in 1966, but
the car was a rust bucket and I came to my senses. The nickname came from
the shape of the roof. It had 2 rounded areas for head clearance.
The convertible version was the Abarth 750 Allemano Spider.
