The air may get mixed reasonably at 100-200 cu.ft/min, but if you blow warmer air out the bottom, you can sit in it even when the room has not completely mixed. Our whole house works this way on solar-heated air from the third floor. Jim is right, though. Ceiling fans are pretty effective in both directions. Michael Rowe |
