If a person drives 5 miles a day then it really doesn't matter so much 
what he drives.  I've talked to people in the northeast that drive 100 
miles a day round trip to work.  They are the ones that shouldn't be 
driving large vehicles.

I drive to work in the big city, about 18 miles round trip each day.  I 
have a relatively small car but with large displacement I only average 
about 18mpg for all of my driving.
