Hello? Staph occurs naturally on your skin. Hospitals are hot spots for Staph infections because they are generally full of sick people. Repeat, Staph is on your skin right now. You can say you got infected at a hospital but you can just as easily get a bacterial infection at home. Most people don't IV themselves at home, though, so IV related Staph infections may be nearly 100% hospital related.
