[Spridgets] Custom SS MG?

Anyone seen anything like this before?  It looks familiar, like I've seen
something like it somewhere on the web before.
The photos are kind of fuzzy, but the stainless work doesn't look like a
typical home fabrication.
I'm not thinking about buying it, FYI.  Just wondering about its origin.
