Quite right Brad.
In January 2009 the government legalized the use of foreign currencies, then
the dollar was effectively abandoned as an official currency on 12 April
2009.

Generally, when that shows up, the currency is out of circulation in that
country. I found some money that I had left from a Mexico trip in 2000,
right before I left to go back in 2008. The money was no longer any good....
Plus, I don't see a great many of us, rushing off to Zimbabwe for vacation.
I doubt you would spot any LBC's there.
