After my two messages asking for tracking info went unanswered I sent a final
message saying if I didn't get a reply I would file a claim on Oct 2nd. It was
a surprise that he answered, no excuse, and said that he would ship today (Oct
1st) and send a confirmation soon. It didn't happen, and this morning I filed a
claim. Guess what, ebay doesn't want to get involved yet and gives the seller 7
more days after he has had my money since Sep 13th! Ebay will show him my cell
phone number and I look forward to speaking with him. He is in NJ and
supposedly has the HANS in his possession, so we shall see.
