Testa-Rugeye? Looks pretty obviously based on / inspired by the
pontoon-federed Ferrari Testa Rossa from 1957 (250TR?). I think the original
idea was to facilitate brake cooling. I personally don't care for the look on
a
Bugeye, but certainly prefer it to an Arkley...
