[Spridgets] Lucas 25D Distributor

I was told and shown the other day a 'new' Lucas 25D Distributor, 
which I was told was made in India from Lucas patterns.  Anybody had 
an experience with these?  There appears to be no markings on the 
vacuum advance, any idea what it is set for?
