SEALs. But in order for them to be effective, we need to lose the
restrictions they have been forced to operate under. They can't be
expected to do what they have been trained for if they are subject to
life in Portsmouth Naval Prison should there be any unintentional
casualties as a result of their mission.
If you don't like SEALs, find half a dozen 50 - 70 year old Apaches who
were raised in the Old Ways. No finer guerrilla warfare specialists have
ever been born.
