Communism? Please, David. The public health care plan being proposed
doesn't even meet the classical definition of Socialism. But Communism?
Yer kidding, right?
I believe Jay was expressing his feelings about it. The basis for his
statement is his opinion -- just like the basis for the opinions of those
who disagree is nothing more than their opinion.
Unless you are prepared to suggest that the rest of the industrialized world
is "evil" like you stated because they don't mimic our failed system, I'd
suggest not tossing terms like "communist" around. Geesh!
