Get a cheap 4 inch angle grinder, then go out and buy the sanding discs
for the grinder.
Watch the grit numbers, 36 grit will take it down fast and leave 36 grit
sand marks.
120 grit works too is easier to fill in but takes longer to do.
Then there is 60 grit, probably a nice medium choice.
I know Lowes sells the sanding discs, horrible freight has em too but
they just don't last.
De-Walt discs last a good long time.
