[Spridgets] Need pointer to building a shop dolly for my spare

Some time back, there were plans for making an A-series engine dolly. I 
lost that post in a hard drive crash, and can't find it via the usual 
Google and the list archive searches.

Does anyone remember where I can find those plans?
