Cars with cross-flow radiators used the fitting in the head for the temp sensor.
PS I think they should lower the reserve and grab the $16,000 for that Bugeye

My 1275 has the original radiator with the heat temp indicator on the side
of the radiator. Isn't that how both the 948 & the 1275 did it? I do
understand I need to put that on the block to read how the engine temp is
which I will change later.
