It turns out that my heater fan was the cause of all my problems. It turns out
that the fan was drawing to much current and blew the fans fuse that also
shorted out my windshield wipers melted the fan switches contact wires and
killed the radio.
thanks to the eastern Oshit knowledge trust that seems to be able to solve
anything if given 30 seconds.
