I am in agreement with you on the
"do what ya need to do to keep it on the road"...
and what you need to do to make maintenance simpler.!
BUT....its a big tent. there's room for EVERYONE at the party and
if some it makes them happy to over-restore a car and think
that's the way they OUGHT to be..... more power to 'em. i pay no
more attention to their criticisms than they pay to my car.
but if someone else wants to put in a rotary engine, or turn one
into a station wagon .. more power to them too!......
