I have been brewing off and on since the 70's. I prefer ale yeast,
a glass fermenter, Chocolate Malt, Roast Barley, and loads of
hops. I generally bottle only because I have the bottles AND as we
drink more wine that ale, it keeps better over time than kegged.
Wotcher need??
BTW - I way prefer British hand-pulled ales to amurican gas.
So I do bottle-conditioned rather than gas-injected.
