Sounds about right. I've never had the tires off my Minators but my ARE
Libre's are about 11 lbs. For grins I weighed a spare Rostyle mounted with
a 145-13 tire, 27 lbs!!
Hey Bud, if you want some lightly used Minators mine will be available
probably come spring. I have some work to do on my Libre's yet but they will
be replacing the Minators.

IIRC, the Minators weigh 11 or 12 pounds. The Panasport specs are
available on the web.
