[Spridgets] A better Cobra?

A friend of mine wants to build a GRM 2008 Challenge car out of an
Isetta with a motorcycle engine.  Found one on Youtube...but then found
this!

Maybe Bugeyes and Minis are too BIG!!

If Carroll Shelby had any integrity he'd have built this as the new
cobra instead of that stupid mustang they're doing.  I bet you could
plate this thing in Michigan.
