I felt sooo bloody clever, getting the engine in and out in one weekend.  But
last night I found that the new clutch still slips when I pound the throttle.
Under I go, and discover that the clutch release lever is not retreating far
enough.  The 3mm spacer I used with the old 5-speed isn't needed with this
one, and it keeps the clutch from fully disengaging.
So tonight I start taking it out again after dinner.  Pisser!!!  It will take
all of 10 seconds to pop out the spacer.  I just wonder whether there is
enough skin left on a few knuckles to do it again so soon.  Maybe I'll leave
it for the weekend and just play with the EFI stuff for a few evenings.
