Especially mine! All 1972 RWA Midgets came from the factory with an aluminum
head, LCB header, 3/4" swaybar, rear swaybar, panhard bar, cruise control,
5-synchro transmission, electric fan and Panasports... didn't they? ;-)
Point is, having #70 does not mean you have a proper PCV setup and NOT
having one does not mean that you don't. Sheer probability seems to indicate
that it is unlikey that he has a "proper" PCV system.
