I had this happen to Bugsy when I replaced the rack. A couple of pieces of
bicycle inner tube glued to both sides of clamps for the rack fixed the
problem. Be sure to use a bottoming tap to clean the threads out. Those are
aluminum pieces in there. Follow the torque specs.
