Go for it! I have one in my garage now parked next to the Bugeye. It's a
great car for those longer highway trips. Yeah they don't handle as good as
the Sprite, lots of understeer, but the sound and power of the 6 make up for
that. The TR6 was my first LBC with my first Midget shortly after. I used my
first one as a daily driver for about 60K miles and it was always reliable
and very easy to maintain. They also hold their value very well and are
getting hard to find a good one for cheap. So go for it.
