Ok, but if you don't coat the inside aren't you opening yourself up to
corrosion?  The ceramic will protect the outside and form a heat barrier.
Moisture will condense on the inside after the motor is turned off and cause
rust, no?  Or, will the carbon buildup be like a rust preventive?
