The current issue of "Classic Motorsports" has an article titled; "Five Alive - Fitting a Five Speed to Your Classic." After some general info, they talk about putting a T9 tranny into their MG Midget project car. Kind of an unusual transplant considering the amount of sculpting of the unibody that is required compared to the Datsun transplant. A few other case studies are included for other cars. Budding transplant surgeons may find this useful/interesting. Tim Collins 1966 AH Sprite |
