I was at my local welding shop today and noticed a Lincoln SP135
priced at $575. It is 115V, 135 amps and comes with a gas kit, etc. I
have no financial interest in the shop (although I suppose my wife
thinks I spend enough $ there.) They will take phone orders. If you
want the Lincoln name, this may be for you. I have no idea what they
go for elsewhere.
