The main reason compression checks are judged by the relation of one
cylinder to another is that methods and tools for measuring differ.
You can't really say it should be such and such unless you specify
exactly what *calibrated* gauge you are using, how many turns, is the
starter weak, etc.  Your gauge may read 110 psi across the board and
mine may say 125 on the same motor.  If you think blowby is your
problem then it is time to pull the head and check the ridge and
cylinder walls.

You are off to a good start with stem seals, though.
