Sure you can. Get a laptop with an EVDO modem card and pay your
cellular service for the privilege of having hi-speed internet access
from the cab. The folks on commuter trains and AMTRAK do it every day.
But then again, while you are re-reading that latest ad for viagra at
70MPH and the curve you just entered was for 40 . . . . . . . . . . . .
