In about 1964, a friend owned a gas station is Los Alamitos, 
California.  One day, he hired a bunch of girls to wear bikinis and work 
the gas islands, cleaning windshields, etc.  Then he put up a big banner:

                                               Get Your Gas Where You 
Get Your Ass

He did a land office business that day!
