Received gasket sets from Moss to use on my H1 carbs.
Did not receive the rubber grommets that go on either side of the joint
where the float bowl bolts to the carb main body.
My gasket set did contain fiber washer gaskets that seem to have no
purpose. They appear to be the right size to use in place of the rubber
grommets.
Anyone else use these gasket sets? Is a fiber washer a suitable
replacement for the rubber grommets?
One other mystery piece is a metal washer about the same size as the
fiber washers mentioned earlier.
