Well, I replaced the big O ring in the plug that goes in the base of the carb
but no joy. Still leaking.
Here's the clue though - it doesn't leak as the engine is running and then,
after the engine is turned off, it takes about an hour (guessing) before it
actually starts to leak. Then it slowly leaks until the fuel filter is empty.
When I removed the plug however a good quantity of fuel came out the carb.
I have a pressure/ vacuum gauge. Can I connect this to the fuel line to see
what the pressure is? Or will that ruin the gauge. (Dumb question but...)
