I can't get the top to fit on the bug-eye properly. The problem is the
frame is just too tall, even with the springs compressed. I'm using a
two-piece frame from a later spriget, and I suspect the mounting points must
be lower on the later models. But before I take the rash step of cutting
down the frame, I'd like to confirm this. Can someone measure the height of
a stock bug-eye frame? If you rest the base on a flat surface, how high is
it to the top of the frame? Thanks.
