RE: H.F. Blast Cabinet and Dust Collection

I posted some pics rather than trying to explain it.   In the pics the hose
from the cabinet to the bucket is detached but the hose takes the dusty air
to the bottom of the bucket.  Under the water of course.

For those of us who were never Dead Heads....could you explain how you keep
the vacuum from sucking the water out of the pail?
