I bought a hub adapter for my Mk2 Sprite from JC Whitney but that was
many moons ago. Still, it might be worth a try...

Thanks derf but It's not worth that much trouble. I don't have a Grant
wheel,
I was looking at their prices and they were pretty good so started
looking for
a hub adapter. It's now apparent that they don't make one.

Could you get something like this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Grant-APC-steering-wheel-hub-spacer-to-gr
ant
-adapter_W0QQitemZ270083091208
And adapt it to the Bugeye hub? I can probably cut down an old Bugeye
wheel
and make a hub but I don't have the column and related parts to know how
to
make it look nice. I would also need to know how deep the horn ring is
in the
column shroud from the wheel so the horn could be made to work properly.
These things aren't complicated, I just don't have the Bugeye parts I
can lay
my hands on.
Cheers,
Derf
