Could you get something like this:

And adapt it to the Bugeye hub? I can probably cut down an old Bugeye wheel
and make a hub but I don't have the column and related parts to know how to
make it look nice. I would also need to know how deep the horn ring is in
the column shroud from the wheel so the horn could be made to work
properly. These things aren't complicated, I just don't have the Bugeye
parts I can lay my hands on.
