Felt source?

I'm nearly finished with the side curtain restoration.  Last step is to put
felt in the tracks.  Unfortunately, the trip to the local fabric store was
not very successful.  The hobby felt they stock is about half the required
thickness and far too flimsy.  Anybody know of a source for felt of the
proper thickness?  Thanks.
