Cyrille, Good custom manifolds may take a few iterations. I've made three different adaptors to join various SU carbs to the turbocharger. Steel does the trick, easy to weld, easy to find and afford, easy to machine and modify. Cheap to toss away for the next version. I got so cocky after making the last one, I dashed off a set of headers for the 1275 in the Austin as an afterthought.
