I sort of do it backwards.  I open the bonnet and loosen all four bolts.  I
then almost close the bonnet and pull it up in the back.  I then can get
wrench under the back end of the bonnet and take out all 4 bolts.  At this
point the bonnet is down and unbolted.  Pick it and walk away.  Job done.
