Bugeye Fuel Filler Pipe?

Apparently there is more than one style of filler pipe on Spridgets.  Moss 
lists them as up to 68 and post 68.  My BE has the pipe attached to the tank 
with a rubber flex hose so it is not original but my question is in regard 
to the filler cap.  My pipe has the notches on the outside of the pipe for 
the cap, is that correct for a BE or do I have a later filler pipe?  Trying 
to get a cap that fits.
