I was able to pick up a substitute with an allen socket (rather than
phillips head) at my local Ace Hardware.

I need 1 brake drum to axle screw.  I have three and need four.  Anyone have
a source for one.

It's 1/4x28x1/2 long with a countsunk Phillips head.
