Most of the time when things are "deleted" they really aren't deleted. When you hit the delete key the computer just kinda forgets where some data is stored. Many times the data is still there, but the computer just recognizes it as usable space instead of valid data. A good IT guy could probably recover all your stuff, but it may take some time and effort. This is why there are milspecs for things like formatting hard drives and deleting data. Best to google "outlook file recovery" or something similar and see what is out there on the subject. |
