You have that totally backwards. The truth is the rider with no helmet cost
about $500(a cardboard box and a trip through the furnace). The one with a
helmet becomes a quad in a wheelchair. You see they tend to break their
neck with the bottom edge of their helmet. The cost for that is around
$100k a year as long as they live. Ask anybody that works in rehab.

I am, I also want the freedom of not paying for someone's medical care
through taxes, gifts to charity, or higher insurance premiums.just
