Hello Phil,
       Almost... the shutter and rotor are fixed together, and the
       trigger is only SEMI-FIXED with the body.. it moves with the
       cap, but of course the advance plate can move by itself. it is
       fixed when doing STATIC timing, but moves when doing dynamic
       timing!!!
