Draw though type Supercharging

Any one know of a Supercharging book that deals with draw-through carbed type 
systems? i found a lot of books that deal with the subject of supercharging. 
Most do not address the draw though type units. So i am turning to the people 
in these groups to see if any of you had any luck finding a book on the subject.
