ports in smog head

Can somebody tell me what size and pitch the added air
ports are in a 73-74 smog head? I need to plug the
ones in mine - they look to be just smaller than 1/2",
and a fine thread. I can't find a match where I live
and will probably need to order, so I need to know the
details...
