I use the cheapest JC Whitney header wrap and it works well to keep down 
under-bonnet temps.  Since I'm running a turbo, I only wrap the 2" pipe that 
exits the turbo, and its wrapped all the way to where it turns and goes 
under the car.  The only difference I see is the convenient packaging and 
seller friendly price of the kits you're looking at.
