Ah so - the local newcast website says it was an "Emily Bowness" who
was piloting the SUV. She survived with relatively minor injuries and
credits wearing her seatbelt for saving her life. The story also says
that "...investigators are looking for the vehicle that hit her.
Witnesses say it was a green car, and definitely got some damage."
The car and SUV didn't touch, as far as I can tell, so how did the
car get damaged? So much for eyewitness testimony.
