All a matter of written law/statute. Has nothing to do with aliens per se.

However....forcing people who entered
the country legally to compete with
those who entered illegally for basically
the same jobs is unfair on the
face of it. Good for business owners but...
at the expense of all workers.

Those jobs currently held by "illegals"  would quickly be filled by 
"legals"....and
maybe at better wages now that the
labor "playing field" has been "leveled"
IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.
