As Paul said, those are simply the umbrella type
seals, available from the usual suspects.  The valve
springs should be at exactly the same height. You
should have the springs tested at a machine shop, and
reinstalled.  I had very expensive springs shimmed
incorrectly by a reputable engine builder, and the
springs themselves also checked with 25% variance on a
spring tester!
