Hello KrkLH,

       i had by carbs rebuilt (by Joe Curto, of no small repute) last
       year.. i too had the problem of fuel "shooting" out the relief
       hole in the top of the carbs, ..so i went to Paul A. (also of
       no small repute!!!) to see if we could remedy the problem... ..

       we tried a different float bowl, different jets in the float
       bowl, .. nothing seemed to stop the gushing .. UNTIL..

       we checked the fuel pump! .. i had a 7-> 10 lb psi unit!!!!..

       we replaced that with what was available, a 4-> 7 lb. one and
       things got better, but i would still get the occasional
       overlfow...

       THEN .. i installed a holley (don't go to moss for their cheap
       unit i've been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) fuel pressure
       regulator...

       PROBLEM SOLVED!
